Payment Procedures

Blog Tours

Payments for tours are due once we have enough sign-ups to move forward with the tour. Once payment is received, we will start on the schedule and graphics, at which point no refunds will be permitted. Please be certain you would like to move forward with the tour before making your payment.

If for whatever reason a scheduled stop on your tour doesn't post, we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. In the event that the tour host is unreachable, we will attempt to schedule the stop on another blog or on another day, to ensure you get all of the stops in your package, which is a minimum of one stop per day for the duration discussed previously. If all else fails, the post will be scheduled on Star Shadow Blog or Star Shadow Unbound, depending on the content. Please understand that we cannot control who does and does not post, and this does not affect our refund policy. 

Book Blitz and Cover Reveals

Payments for our Book Highlights and Cover Reveals are due in advance. We will not start working on the highlight until the payment has been received. Once the payment has gone through, we will promptly begin putting the highlight together, at which point no refunds will be permitted. Please be certain you would like to move forward with the highlight before making your payment. 

Teaser and Social Marketing

Payments for our Teaser and Social Marketing packages are due in advance. We will not start working on them until the payment has been received. Once the payment has gone through, we will promptly begin putting the needed materials together, at which point no refunds will be permitted. Please be certain you would like to move forward with the highlight before making your payment.
